On 26th March 1991, Pat McConnell and Dave Miller incorporated McConnells Electrical Company Ltd.

Established in 1991 and with a team who have been installing renewables since 2006, McConnells Green lead the way in bringing Solar Panels, Battery Storage and Heat Pumps to your home and business.
Our history timeline
February 1993.
After a successful launch the company expanded into larger offices on Castlegate, Newark, where our first computer was purchased!
July 1999.
Taking advantage of our technical capabilities, in 1999 McConnells Electrical Services Ltd was incorporated providing temporary lighting and power solutions to exhibitions and shows nationwide.
January 2001.
The company expanded again purchasing a new site at Cliff Nook Lane, our current home.
November 2014.
McConnells Network Solutions Limited was incorporated to offer data installations and data project management nationwide.
November 2016.
Wishing to offer a wider service including solar panels and heat pumps, in 2016 our Mechanical Division was formed to offer Mechanical and Electrical solutions nationwide.
December 2022.
Well established in the renewables arena with our existing loyal commercial customer base, we wanted to actively promote this important side of our business and the idea of McConnells Green was formed.

With a history in the commercial sector we have learnt to operate professionally and efficiently at scale. We are now able to extend this experience to domestic users to offer a affordable high quality renewable energy installations.
